Your journey to perfect sleep

Good sleep is the foundation of your longevity

Sleep is not just relaxation. Sleep affects our health, mood and productivity. A good night's sleep is the foundation of a long, healthy life.

How sleep works

Sleep is a dynamic process in which the body and mind regenerate.

While we sleep, we go through phases ranging from light dozing to deep sleep. These cycles are essential to our physical and mental health, influencing our mood, memory function and even our physical vitality.

In fact, sleep is so fundamental that it affects almost all of our body's systems.

Circadian rhythm

The circadian rhythm is our internal clock that controls sleep and wakefulness. Influenced by light and darkness, it regulates hormones, body temperature and other essential biological mechanisms. A synchronized rhythm promotes healthy sleep and increases well-being.

Sleep phases

Sleep is divided into cyclical phases: non-REM sleep (light sleep and deep sleep) and REM sleep. While deep sleep promotes physical recovery, REM sleep plays a role in memory and learning. The right balance of these phases is crucial for our health and performance. Without our sleep we would not be able to process the impressions of our life.

Sleep disorders

Sleep disorders such as insomnia (difficulty falling asleep and staying asleep) and sleep apnea (stopped breathing) significantly reduce the quality of life of those affected and can lead to serious health problems such as strokes and heart attacks. In addition, the risk of mental illness and impairment of social and professional functioning increases.
